Pointfighting.net is a special virtual meeting point created by KiralyTeam Poinfighting Academy, where inquires could follow special events of KiralyTeam, but more importantly both experts and beginners can share their experiences and opinions. The system of the site with its interactivity allows the constant commenting and objective disputing what could develop the general point of view and move our sport forward.
Day 4 – Summer Camp Diary
July 28th, 2010 by KiralyTeam received No Comments »The relaxing day, with all the fun of the paintball and soccer party, had a very good effect on the guys so they could jump into the constant fighting during the trainings today. Both groups (women and men) were discussing the mistakes and the useful, powerful techniques after every session so the fighters could have an instant feedback. But truly the most interesting part of the day was the common video analyzing seminar in the evening. All the 100 fighters gathered in the dojo to view the youtube matches selected by Istvan Kiraly and interactively discuss the mistakes and possibilities of the potential opponents of themselves. As it is usual in the KiralyTeam Summer Camp, Drew was very active during the talk and shared his very useful ideas, so as did Joe, Miriam and Szilárd. This talk proved again that the future way of the pointfighting is the mental power and the ability to analyze your opponent before fighting in order to find those opportunities for scoring. This skill is not easy to attain, but possible for everyone who is really interested in the high level of pointfighting.
