Day 2 – Summer Camp Diary
July 26th, 2010 by KiralyTeam received No Comments »After the warming up and conformity of the first day, today we really entered into the hard work. The general approach of the camp, besides the constant analysis and feedback, is to develop both the stamina of power and the condition and reach the highest power-speed and the satisfying level of stamina during the encyclical sessions of fighting. We have done plenty of different exercises so we had a good view on our shape. In the afternoon session we had time to enter into different fighters’ styles personally and discussed publicly. Ksenia Guralnik (RUS) was fighting with Andrea Busa (HUN), Emanuel Dimitrov (BUL) with Szilard Kardos (HUN), Drew Neal (GBR) with Tomas Hobling (AUT) and Laszlo Gombos (HUN) with Jack Evans (GBR). As you can see on the pictures Drew was very active and commented the workshop with very useful thoughts. At the end of the guys’ training we added an extra effort and do some cruel but very useful strengthening exercises with rubber ropes and heavy balls. Tomorrow is resting day…
