Day 1 – Summer Camp Diary

The 4th KiralyTeam Summer Camp has just begun with more than 100 fighters from all over Europe, North America & Africa. This year first, besides many new features, we also would like to inform the curious pointfighters around the world who could not join us from some reasons with the latest news, trainings and general feeling of the training camp. The daily blog entries let you feel like being here with us!
However the sky is cloudy above Csongrad the happy atmosphere just cannot be ruined by the occasional rain, because with Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Egypt, Great Britain, Israel, Romania, Russia and with the complete Adult and Junior Hungarian Pointfighting Team we have total of 11 countries representing. However we’re still waiting for our friends from Greece: Miriam, Joe and Menios are arriving on Monday. Generally there are two training sessions a day, both separated into two groups (women with cadet boys and men with junior boys) in order to keep up the efficient work. The first day was all about fighting and technique warming up so Istvan Kiraly had the view on the participants to develop the unique fighting style and the most efficient technique for them regarding to different opponents.
We closed the day with a nice going out with the guys and had an interesting chat next to a cold drink with the friends haven’t seen for a long time. Morning jogging tomorrow 7:15…
